Artist's CommentsI really had fun doing this, drew it, scanned it and vectorised it  this actually inspired me to do the dA branded contest entry. I'm doing more of these. Actually made another one today in class, it's a self portrait  . This is my first vector artwork I ever did...I is proud...I need a graphics tablet  The symbols all represent things that I love, from photography, to always striving for excellence (the climber), the funky colourful bubbly designs, nature, and just enjoying life. Want to make this into a T-shirt, what do you think? Daily DeviationGiven 2009-04-07The fun side of life by ^FaMz is a wonderful piece of Typography. I love how it's full of details.. a camera here, a smilie there, it's indeed full of life. The colours are outstanding and giving this piece a warm and joyful atmosphere, fitting well with the rest of the concept: having fun in life and enjoying it may it be with a sport, a camera or the beach. (Suggested by =PatrickRuegheimer and Featured by ^Sander-Seto) Comments  -- "Never let yesterday's disappointments overshadow tomorrow's dreams..."  Haha, that's actually very cool and clever, how the letters are so involved with all the additional elements. Love the rock-climber, and how the palm tree curves around the "e". Great work!

Critiques
My only complaint is the bottom of the palm tree, which could be covered by more circles or splashes to lessen the heavy black line cutting it off. (very nit-picky, I know, but it's the only thing that jars)
This would make a great T-shirt, tote, mug, window sticker, surfboard (you follow the way I'm drifting?)... You're on your way! You've got great personal style. Even your signature is consonant with the artwork.
I love how it's full of details.. a camera here, a smilie there, it's indeed full of life, as the word says.
The colours our outstanding and giving this piece a warm and joyful atmosphere, fitting well with the rest of the concept: having fun in life and enjoying it may it be with a sport, a camera, the beach etc.
What I would do to make it better, is to remove the pink ''Faheema 09'' at the bottom.
Of course, it's good to paste your name on your artwork, but I'm seeing it 3 times now and in my eyes it's a bit too much.
I would have liked it more if you removed it, so that the background is just white with no focus on typography or anything.
Oh and perhaps work a bit more on the birds, a bit more bold would do well.
My final words? I would love it if you make more typography art like this. It's unique, refreshing and showing other people a different side of typography.
